Description of works: Works carried out in two phases.  Phase 1 – new build 6 storey block including a double storey basement.  Phase 2 – new build 5 storey block including a basement.  Both blocks are partially commercial and partial residential use.

There is a thriving food market right outside the site. AC Union had to work around the construction logistics of the lack of access to site and carrying out the works in a way that would not impact on the market’s safety or hygiene levels.
