We have been in operation since 2008 and have during this time comlpleted a series of high quality buildings for our customers. Descriptions of these can be found on the projects page. AC UNION also offers a bespoke 'design and build' service. Suitable sites are acquired, designed and developed within the company.
AC UNION also brings with them a strong external team of sub-contractors, surveyors and suppliers who can be used for guaranteed quality of work and a successful history of partnership on projects.
Health and Safety
AC UNION operate a comprehensive Health & Safety management system, and all of our Project & Site Managers undergo frequent training.
All are trained in first aid and site safety. We ensure that before any sub contract works commence on any of our sites, full method statements, risk assessments, COSHH assessments etc must be completed & submitted for review.

Considerate Constructors Scheme
AC UNION is a member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme - a regulatory body that rates companies based on eco-friendly measures, being a 'good neighbour', site safety and cleanliness and various others factors.
AC Union adheres to the guidelines for being a 'Considerate Constructor' and has scored near-perfect marks. Regular site and office visits and written reports confirm our status as a 'considerate constructor.
